Bathtub Made New was a personal and professional company. Mandi who took the call, sold me on the spot. She was direct, polite and knew her shit! I loved her energy and aura. Ashley, the installer was very direct and polite. She knew what she was doing and was respectable along the way. I had a crack in my tub that I tried to fix myself, but I ended up with a discolored, blobby mess. Thankfully, Ashley was absolutely incredible! She not only smoothed out my botched patch job but also reinforced the base of the tub and restored it to its original glory. Ashley worked quickly and efficiently, explaining each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. She truly went above and beyond, even coming back to my house later the same day to finish up the job and make sure everything was perfect. I put off getting this repair done for a while, but now I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. I highly recommend Ashley and Bathtub Made New!

Bathtub Made New is a great company for upgrading an older bathroom without tearing things apart. Aidan, the technician, did a thorough, clean job of renewing my steel tub and ceramic tile walls. The warranty and job follow-up is phenomenal. This is my second job… the first one some years ago on a fiberglass tub shower unit in Penn Yan, and yes I’m a returning customer. I have pictures!
