Felicia was great. I dropped the phone off around 5pm with the guy with a beard. He clearly did not want to do any work. I only needed a battery for my iPhone 12. He said the lady working Sunday would call me when ready. The store opened that Sunday at 10am I called the store at 12:30pm and she had no idea what I was calling for bc she didn’t know my phone was even dropped off. The guy the day before left the phone in the back (not where it should have been)Felicia said that was not protocol and I actually should have filled out form giving them permission to work on the phone. The phone was not placed where it should have been and if I hadn’t called she wouldn’t have even known my phone was left for repair. Felicia is the best! I was sent here for an insurance claim on a T-Mobile phone. She explained the whole process to me and informed me they even do free diagnostics in store! I had absolutely no idea. They also had a lot of really cool items in store that I did not expect. They definitely earned my business with straightforward, stellar customer service.

Outstanding Service from Felicia at Batteries Plus, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama! Felicia went above and beyond to help us, truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She personally drove to us 3 times, replaced two batteries, and made sure everything was working perfectly before she left. She was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for their customers, but Felicia absolutely did. Very professional. The lady helping me let me pick up my online order before starting a lengthy watch battery replacement. I got my battery quickly and she continued to help the man with the replacement. Couldn't ask for much more service than that. I'll be back.

Waited 20 minutes to check out, associate was working on a repair for another customer. I asked how much longer as I am ready to checkout with one item. Stated I am not sure. Need to have better processes for situations like this. Had to go elsewhere for the battery. Won’t be back as no apologies for the long wait and don’t have time to wait 30 plus minutes to checkout.
