Spring broke on garage door, they came next day with impeccable service and the nicest service technician. Even the scheduler, scheduling the appointments over the phone was super nice. I have used them in the past and also received EXCELLENT service and attention to detail. He explained what needed to be fixed and afterwards how they fixed. Told me pricing up front. Could not have asked for a better experience!! Garage doors actually seem quieter now. Thank god for the experts! They installed my garage door before I bought my house and I will continue using them!

I called regarding an issue with our springs for one of our garage doors. The gentleman on the phone was able to get someone out to me that very same afternoon. Josh came on time and fixed everything to perfection within 20 min - it was amazing. Despite having a busy schedule, he was able to answer my questions and was very helpful. He didn't upsell anything, and pricing was reasonable. No complaints here.! Kudos to this company. I love discovering honest, family-owned businesses.!

This is a family business (3rd gen he told me) that I think you can trust. It may be different for your garage, but he came within 2 hours, replaced my 2 extension springs, and added an 2nd button for less than 250$. I called one other vendor and was quoted 250 to 350$ (without the second button). I bet that he would have come in towards the higher number at the end. So, Bauer may have saved me +100$. Bauer seems to be a business looking to serve the neighborhood for a long term instead of making a single sale with high margins. I know this sounds like a fake review, but it's refreshing getting good service at a good price.

Great work quality and truly honest. They provided extensive work on all 4 garage doors, and we can't be more satisfied. My parents have used them since I was a kid, and our whole family swears by them even today. They won't overcharge or for example try to change an entire system when only the gear needs to be changed. Another company had quoted us double the price for unnecessary work. Very much appreciated!

If you are looking for prompt, professional and honest garage door service, look no further. I had a question about my garage door opener, so Mr. Bauer Sr. drove up to my home to inspect it. He checked it out and advised me not to do anything about it as he was trying to save me an unnecessary expense. He did not charge me for the visit, whereas most business would see this as an opportunity to milk the customer. A truly ethical business.
