I just sent one of my employee to pick up a line set when he went to make the payment , they refused to accept the credit card from the company , beside that they were very rude and disrespectful. As a company open to public they could not refused to sell anything when you have license to purchase. They told my employee to leave the place . Never buying from this company again . Do not recommend this branch (Montvale ).

Nice place! Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I'm a homeowner/handyman and I was having issues with my boiler. I decided to tackle the project myself. I took photos of all the parts I needed and they were able to help me with everything on a Saturday. I would definitely do business here again...

Beware of their return/cancellation policy! I paid for a kitchen faucet a month ago and they kept telling me, when I called, that "It will arrive next week." during this whole month. Eventually I decided to cancel the order, and I called them. The person on the phone, looked up my order, and told me that I have to come in-person to the store to cancel it. Next day I showed up at the store and they told me that this is a "special order", and I need to come again and speak to their manager, who was not present at the time. (After initially asking me to come in person with my credit card and cancel the order. No manager was required and my order was not deemed "special" until I showed up.) They have been wasting my time with this faucet purchase and they continue to hold on my money with de

charged a 25% restocking fee. I try to support local business but this is ridiculous. I'd stay from this place.

These guys are second to none! Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.
