They opened my pool this year and their technicians were timely, professional, and friendly. Shortly after the opening they helped fix a leak with my pump. After an initial misunderstanding, they agreed to charge me a reasonable amount. This company is one of the very few companies that does what they say and, in the timeframe, agreed to. Most pool companies are too busy in season or overly agreeable off-season to do the job correctly. George has real construction personnel doing the job and they are familiar with what is needed to do it right. I contacted many pool companies over the years, but Crystal Clean responded quickly, kept the appointment time as agreed and showed up to do the work as promised.
