Bay Cabinets has demonstrated a level of integrity that, unfortunately, is absent in many business today. We have been in our house three years and the drawers in or kitchen and master bath have been failing one by one due to the tracks locking up. Bay attributed this to a manufacturing defect and informed us that the manufacturer has REFUSED to take responsibility. Mike came to our house and replaced the tracks on almost all of our drawers at no charge and promised to fix any more that fail going forward. It is a shame that Bay has to bear the costs arising from someone else's neglect. However, they are dedicated to great customer service and doing the right thing. Thank you, Bay Cabinets!

Bay Cabinets are top notched! We received new cabinet hardware and new countertops. Lois was such a wonderful person to work with. They kept us informed on the progress of our job and from day 1, they strived to provide us with excellent service. We love our kitchen upgrade.
