BCV Flooring was great to work with through the whole process of explaining the work to be completed, selection of materials at their showroom, scheduling the work, and getting the work completed. Once the material arrived, BCV Flooring reached out to get the work scheduled. They were very professional, arrived on time, and got the job done right. We plan on contacting BCV Flooring again when the next flooring project is needed.

Gave us a quote and after agreeing and ordering carpet, he gave us several dates of delivery but no carpet. Did stop in one time to explain but after that not responsive. Cancelled our order and got another installer. Would not recommend.

Would never use again. He gave a quote and then when he arrived to do the work he told me it was too much work to take some things down to do the closet so we'd have to skip that. When he was close to finishing he told us that he didn't have the equipment to replace the molding. He gave me the name of somebody who could do it for cost. Then he told me he probably could do it but it would cost extra. We schedule the day for him to come back and do it and he forgot to show up. At that point I gave up. I had made the mistake of paying him before he was 100% finished.

Our kitchen floor turned out fabulous. Excellent job & very pleased with every step in the process. Highly recommend them.

No better store to buy flooring from. Or to work for.
