The Best HVAC

The first time I contacted Best HVAC was in September of 2016, less than five months after moving into my first home. My central A/C had started leaking profusely in the basement due to some obvious neglect. Not only was Joe Marchione able to visit my home soon after I reached out, he was able to pinpoint and meticulously fix the problem in addition to providing other needed A/C maintenance. When I contacted Best HVAC again in February of this year, due to a leaky water heater and abnormally high water pressure, Joe M. was able to check it out and diagnose the issue that very evening and return a few days later to install a new thermal expansion tank, which stopped the leaking from the relief valve. I'm very glad that an acquaintance of ours referred us to The Best HVAC to get a heat pump/AC system installed. From the moment I made initial contact, Joe was very timely and professional through all parts of the process. Within just a few weeks, we had a brand new heat pump system that was up and running, has worked perfectly, is very quiet, and most importantly, incredibly efficient. The difference it has made for our electric bills in just these first couple months has been mindboggling (in a good way), and we are very thankful that Joe was able to quickly fit our installation into his schedule.

My heat died all of the sudden in a house I just moved into. I called Joe at The Best HVAC and he came out the very next morning and did some quick tests, he even called the manufacturer and a couple other folks to get other ideas as to the problem to ensure he fixed it right the first time. He quickly fixed the problem, and then gave my wife and I a quick lesson on how to get the most efficiency out of our heat pump, program our thermostat, and help us hang the thermostat back on. I'll use Joe again for sure!

My husband and I definitely recommend Joe from The Best HVAC. He was extremely professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. He gave us an initial estimate, and even though the job was more involved than anticipated, he stuck by his original quote. Joe also cleaned up everything. He leaves things cleaner than when he starts! We would call Joe again in a heartbeat if we ever need any more HVAC work done. There's no better guy (and business owner) around!

This is my first time hiring a technician to service my HVAC. Joe is a class act and I couldn't be happier. He was prompt, thorough and checked details that I would have never even thought of. I can tell that he's been doing this for a while and his experience really shines through. It turns out that I had a minor issue with my oil heat and he knew right what it was over the phone.
