State College Design and Construction

After several attempts to find the right contractor, we found SCD&C. We knew right away that this was the one for us. From job estimation, to design consult with Erin (who is fabulous), then demolition, and finally the build of our dream bath, everyone was great to work with. Shout outs to Jeff A and Jeff B, Austin, Wes, and Doug for being so hard working with attention to detail. We were kept informed of schedules, materials, inspections, and just everything one could want to know. One cool option we never considered but were glad to use was having the crews work four 10 hour days, giving us Friday off to make a long weekend of quiet around the house. The project came in on time and on budget. And it's beautiful!

State College Design and Construction renovated our partially finished basement adding a bedroom, office and custom bar. Very high quality craftsmanship, clean, on budget, very responsive and delivered within timeframe projected. Highly recommend!

SCD&C recently remodeled our hall bathroom. Until you do one of these projects you don't realize how many design decisions there are to make! But they provide the assistance of a designer who walked us through each design choice. The construction crew was entirely professional, a pleasure to have in our home, and completed our entire project in less than 3 weeks (from the day they first started demolition). We are very pleased with how it turned out!

The crew was very hard working and arrived to work at 7:00am M-F. They were extremely respectful to me, my wife and our property and worked diligently to complete our project on time and construct our back porch masterpiece. I have nothing negative to report about this company. I hope they will always find time for my future projects.
