BDL Heating & Cooling

I am writing to share my positive experience with BDL. I selected them to install two heat pumps after receiving multiple higher bids from their competitors for the same project. Having used BDL for repairs in the past, I found them very easy to work with throughout this process. At one point, a mistake occurred that caused minor damage to my home; however, managers and resources arrived immediately to rectify the situation and restored everything to its original condition. The technicians and staff were also consistently professional and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rachel for her assistance in scheduling my inspections while everyone was rushing to complete work before the tax credit expired.

Highly recommend BDL! We switched to them about 5 years ago and are so pleased with their services. They are top notch with scheduling and routine services as well as when unexpected issues arise. Scheduling with the office staff is clear and easy and they are very pleasant and helpful. We have had several different technicians and they have all been professional and knowledgeable. Last week we had our fall tune up with Michael and he was so helpful and professional. Such a great young man and an asset to the company! We are definitely glad that we made the switch and appreciate the professionalism and great customer service.

I rarely post reviews. We fully replaced our 20-year old AC system. BDL was recommended by a “detail-oriented” friend. From my initial interaction with sales, to the consistent and clear communication from Rachel throughout, I have zero hesitation recommending their services. You can tell when a company is privately owned and their employees are happy.

Lauren, Rachel and Christy stayed on top of scheduling all required inspections and punch list items with excellent communication post installation

From initial assessment to final installation of our new heat pump and furnace, BDL delivered great service. Josh and the crew were knowledgeable, patiently walked us through all the options, and handled the entire install professionally and cleanly.
