The hickory NC store has their act together. Called in an order and it was ready for me to pickup when I got there! Excellent crew !
Very administrative customer service. Management does not follow up on orders or communicate well with staff. They don't educate their staff on products so they can communicate with the customers. From my understanding, upper management does not want to have any communication with Beacon customers. This company cost me a little over 13 K in revenue during the month of December due to disorganization and communication. 😤😤😤 !!!!
Don't believe them when they say six to eight weeks I have been waiting eight weeks it took three calls just to find out it would be another month ☹️
