I have a 1931 fixer upper with unique trim that you can’t readily buy anymore. I scoured the internet and finally found that this place had it on their website. I went back and forth communicating with them for weeks regarding what I needed and what my plans were. I finally got my order in and then waited weeks for it to be made and delivered. Upon delivery my contractor discovered that the trim was wrong with the corner blocks. Beacon then told me it was “supposed to be like that” and that it was an industry standard. I sent photos and finally they admitted it was wrong and that they would pay for freight. I checked in to see how they would get it back and they responded that they had changed their mind and that they “believed” I had taken the photos at an angle somehow and that the trim
