Huge shoutout to Cole from Bear Creek Repairs! My dryer started making a horrible screeching noise late at night, and I figured I was about to be shopping for a new one. I texted Cole around 10pm (sorry, Cole!) and he actually replied and came out the very next day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes — super fast, professional, and saved me a ton of money by not having to replace the dryer. I’ve used him before for my washer, and once again he came through like a pro. If your appliances start acting up, skip the YouTube repairs and just call Cole. He’s reliable, responsive, and gets it done right the first time.

We had a wonderful experience with this business. We called on Cole to come by to assist with our washer/dryer problems. He did an exceptional job identifying the problems and suggesting repairs at unbelievably reasonable prices. He is certainly a very proficient technician willing to fully assess situation, answer questions, educate customers, and is simply a very congenial guy. He was willing to come to our remote location at our property with five rescue dogs facing him and still left with a smile! Great guy, well-educated, technically proficient, and willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service! We strongly recommend this business and its owners to anyone who needs an honest assessment of their situation and reasonable prices!

Alright, I’ve called Cole from Bear Creek Repairs, and I’m convinced the guy has a secret superpower for fixing washing machines. I think he hears the faint cries of struggling appliance owners from miles away, swoops in, and gets them working like new again. Every time, he’s shown up either the same day or within 24 hours – which is basically the equivalent of Prime delivery for repairs. No fuss, no mess, just fast, friendly service that leaves my washer working like it’s fresh out of the box. Thanks to Cole, I’ve avoided the pain of buying a new machine (and the awkward delivery dudes trying to squeeze it through my front door). Bottom line: if you need your washer saved, call Cole – your laundry (and sanity) will thank you.

Cole came and checked out my dryer and said that my motor was out and it was unusual for that to happen. However, they found one and installed it and it works great. Also important, the cost was much less than what it was supposed to be. Great job!

I called and Cole was able to come to my house the same day. He fixed my washing machine, was well mannered, reliable, very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I was also happy that the phone was answered when I called. I have become wary of leaving messages since they are seldom returned. On his way out he noticed my door hardware was not functioning properly and he promptly corrected that as well!
