J.E.Rector A/C and Heating LLC

I was very pleased with my service call with Rector Heating and A/C. Mr. Rector was on time, texted ahead of arrival, and explained all he found with my unit. He left extra filters and explained their directional insertion after installing new filters today. I was glad to locate him for service from a local friend’s referral.

John and Evan replaced my HVAC unit. They were timely, professional and friendly. The unit is working great. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our property has multiple a/c units that Evan has helped us fix (and install) on several occasions. He’s ALWAYS on time, communicates well, is incredibly honest, and makes the whole process super easy. Recently, one of his techs came out to fix a unit that seemed to not be working but, when he found nothing was wrong and it worked fine, he was honest and said there was nothing to fix. He could have told me it needed something but he didn’t. Didn’t even charge me for a service call! I will always use Evan. He’s the best.

I want to thank Evan Rector for helping me out in a PINCH! I called him the day prior during the summer Heat to install a Mini Split, called 4 guys stating it would be a over a week out.He came out the next day totally professional,on time, sent a text who he was, can't say enough how much I appreciated them. 10 stars if I could!
