Kerr County A/C & Heating Services

I scheduled a meeting with Clint Lambert with Kerr county AC/Heating for a single room split system. We met and he conducted a check for location and placement of the unit then checked out the electrical location that was currently available. He then measured the room size and made his recommendations for the unit size , necessary BTU’s needed etc. He then recommended the brand and model number along with a total price for the complete job. He then explained all the warranty’s for the system. He was through, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions completely. And we are now moving forward with the project. I will let you know how it goes. This service was free of charge. I did put a down payment for the system to be installed of 1/2 of the total cost.

We recently moved to the Kerrville area and felt the HVAC in our house was not performing properly. I contacted Kerr County A/C and Alex arrived the next day exactly on time. I showed him our concerns and he immediately knew the cause and offered a couple of different options to correct the issue, explaining the pros and cons of each. We chose a recommended solution and he had the quote back to me the same afternoon. His crew arrived on time the next morning, were very professional and courteous. All repairs were done quickly, cleanly (they had to cut a hole in Sheetrock), and without issue. We highly recommend Kerr County A/C & Heating!

I have used other A/c companies in my area before, but those companies felt shady in their business practices. Kerr County A/C & Heating was a breath of fresh air, pun intended, from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the end of the repair. Kyle first listened to me drone on and on, listening intently, about my experience with my climate control system, informed me of different possible scenarios and discussed corresponding solutions. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair and never came across as being hurried. I will be using Kerr County A/C & Heating for service and any repair or replacement needs I may encounter going forward. This level of customer service is rare and when I find such a gem, I’m holding onto it!!! Thanks Kyle, you da bomb!!
