Eager Plumbing - Kerrville

They gave me an early Christmas present! Two days before Christmas I heard water spraying inside my shower wall. I called Eager and they said they were pretty booked up, but someone would be out asap. Jamie and Nick arrived in about 3 hours. They had to cut a section of the wall out of an adjoining closet for access to the water lines besides repairing them. They did a great job and didn't leave any mess. My dog liked them too!

Tom and Christian took care of our blocked sewer pipes in a most professional manner. They had to go the extra mile to not only solve the problem but figure out how the plumbing was connected to make it all work. They were polite and explained everything as they worked. What surprised me also was how quickly and efficiently the work was done. Excellent Service!!

We are repeat customers with this plumbing company. (before the merger). We have always had good experiences. However… This past time was a little different. It was Thanksgiving Day And our washing machine drainage Was backing up and overflowing. Just in time for a house full of family and visitors, right? We were able to clean up the mess and called eager Plumbing first thing on Friday. They were out at my house within a few hours and Tom (plumber) is the hardest working dude in Kerrville. Lines are clean and he didn’t leave till he knew he had solved the problem. It was a great experience and we’ll call them for our next plumbing need!

These guys were awesome!! I called the day before Thanksgiving because had to have a larger sink, better faucet and disposal and they came within 2 hours and got me all fixed up! So so grateful for these guys! They were so kind and so professional!

I reached out to Eager Plumbing to fix a leak coming from the wall behind our toilet in one of our upstairs bathrooms. It was after hours but thanks to their quick response and service, we were able to get everything resolved quickly. James did a great job of taking care of our issue. We will certainly continue to use Eager Plumbing in the future!
