Beautiful Kitchens and Bath

Beautiful Kitchens did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. My wife and I came to them with a vision and they executed it perfectly. We had a half wall and a soffit torn down, as well as a window taken out and framed in. This allowed us to stretch our kitchen further alongside a wall for additional counter top space, add big island, and provided ample room for our appliances to be moved. Rob and Laura were fantastic to work with, they were extremely professional and always kept my wife and I up to date with the schedule, and what work was completed that day. If I had to start this whole process over again, I'd easily rehire Rob and Laura in a heartbeat. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the hard work they put into our project, and we can't wait to enjoy this kitchen for years

Really fantastic customer service first and foremost. It took us way too long to find a place where we felt listened to. Hillary was definitely the stand out rockstar. She walked us through the process, answering every question, and frequently checked on us throughout the process. Currently recommending them to whoever is interested in refreshing their own place. We hired Beautiful Kitchens to remodel our kitchen. If you want a partially-finished project, Beautiful Kitchens is the company for you. Our project was 90% complete in June 2016, as of December 2016, there are still very large holes in my ceiling (see pictures). Last week, I was informed Beautiful Kitchens will not fix these holes. Only a couple of weeks ago, Beautiful Kitchens returned to finally complete the touch-up paint on the cabinets. To be fair, Beautiful Kitchens has offered me a less than $150 reduction on my $36,500 total bill (not including electrical work/fixtures/appliances/etc....you have to pay for that yourself) for the inconvenience/delays. Beautiful Kitchen and Bath installed granite countertops in our kitchen. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
