They have yet to send “discount” they list below. Do not use this service! Extremely Unreliable! . Brecht Cleaners earned me my first 3 star review in 5 years of being an Airbnb host. I signed up for “deluxe cleaning” The cleaner spent 30 minutes in a two bedroom two bathroom rental unit. I called company to inquire how this was justified as a cleaning. I was told they do not guarantee a time spent in any cleaning. He said “if no one complains what’s the issue?” I asked why wait for a guest complaint??? The very next guest filed a complaint with Airbnb about the issues they found- when I called Brecht cleaners owner he suggested the guests created mess issues to try to get a discount! Ugh… if less than one star was an option it’s what I’d give them. Look elsewhere! Do not use this company

Nice staff of three for a deep clean. My wife gave very specific requirements and they were met. Will use again.

The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Becht Pride did an excellent job, I will definitely be utilizing their services again.
