Bedford Tree Service LLC has come through for me twice on sixteen trees removed from my property. There was no damage taking 3+ ton trees over a three story garage. Steve and crew are great people to work with going above and beyond. We'll done!

Bait and switch. They came out and verbally gave me a quote after first asking if I had any other quotes. (I did and mentioned that i had another quote for $5,800.) Their verbal quote to remove 3 trees + stump grinding for a price of $5,500. They mailed me a proposal which quoted a price of $8,500. For the same 3 trees that they verbally agreed to. Despite the reply: there were only ever 3 trees to be removed Based on the verbal price I was ready to give them the work. But a $3000 difference has made me feel like a fool to have even considered them in the first place.

The hire horrible drivers. A women driving in one of their trucks today almost ran me off the road because she realized she was in the wrong lane last second. When i confronted her she said ‘well i put my directional on’ you cant just cut someone off and cause an accident just because you are in the wrong lane and want to move over. The owner did not care one bit when i called and hung up on me.

I had BTS come and remove a huge birch tree from my back yard. It was a very overgrown tree in a really difficult position. We called and let them know we needed it removed ASAP and that we were on a budget. They gave us such an amazing deal and came that same weekend. They did an amazing job with the removal and the clean up. You would never even know they were there! They were quick but very careful as well. We had a great experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!
