Bedrock Quartz Countertops

We just moved into our new home and wanted to upgrade our island countertop. Contacted Bedrock Quartz and Michelle is our representative. She was extremely helpful and we picked out our Granite. It was installed this morning and love the two gentlemen installer’s. Process was easy and it’s absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend Bedrock Quartz. The entire process has felt like pulling teeth. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review—I only do so when the service is clearly not acceptable. Having spent nearly $6,000 on this project (counters alone), I feel obligated to share my experience so others know what to expect. Full disclosure: I worked through Cabinets To Go for my cabinetry, and they referred me to Bedrock Quartz. While some miscommunication and delays may be due to having an intermediary, the majority of my issues have come from working directly with Bedrock. 1. We asked Fred to help is get a lower threshold on our shower to make it more accessible. He came right away to evaluate what we needed and arranged his schedule to come quickly so we would have the shower fixed while I was still recovering from an injury. He put Kasey, a tile expert who is a true artisan on the job. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and their efficiency. They get a ten out of ten from us!

Andrew was a pleasure to work with at the Pleasant Grove location. He answered every question that I had and explained or sought further help for any other assistance that I needed. The installers, Andres and Alex, were on time, helpful, friendly, respectful, and clean and did an exceptional job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bedrock Quartz again in any further remodeling at my home. I was very, very pleased with them and will be recommending them. Thank you!
