BELFOR Property Restoration

I had a great experience working with Julia at Belfor! Highly responsive and professional. They did great work on my roof and fence after a tree fell during a storm.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Belfor Restoration, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear. From the beginning, their team was disorganized, uncommunicative, and consistently unprofessional. They caused more problems than they solved, often missing deadlines, performing subpar work, and leaving behind a mess that only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service made the entire process a nightmare. If you're looking for reliable and competent restoration services, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Terrible company, terrible work, terrible service, terrible communication, terrible time management, terrible wit paperwork and obtaining permits to do the work, terrible execution, terrible employees, terrible subcontractors, everything about this company is terrible do not let them do anything in your home take the insurance money run away from this company

I have been a faithful customer of BELFOR for nearly 14 years. They provide great service, with a phenomenal attitude. I have been fortunate to meet a great deal of the BELFOR team in the region and find them all to have the same "what can I do to make this right for you" attitude. From water damage, flood damage and even fire damage they have provided service above and beyond. Its' been a good 14 years and I am looking forward to at least another 14 years of working with them.

Do Not use this company. They are crooks. They took $3K upfront. for a temporary roof. I then put in the claim to my insurance company, but Jesse told me that my insurance company will not pay for the temp roof. A couple of months later, I asked my insurance company for a copy of the appraisal and found out Belfor billed my insurance company for the temp roof and accepted $1740 as payment in full. I asked Jesse from Belfor for a refund, but he refused. They now have $4700 for a TARP ROOF that leaked and caused more damage. The new 30 year roof cost $6600. They lied and took down more walls then they agreed to, and they left my Moorestown NJ home in a mess. They are crooks - don't use them - they will rip you off.
