I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Brian S. from the Duct Cleaning Team. We moved into the house a few months ago, and they worked on it today. In addition to being very professional, knowledgeable, and likeable, they made our ductwork look like new inside. They took “before and after” photos, and the difference is truly remarkable. I have allergies, and I’m confident this will make a huge difference. They also provided insights regarding our HVAC system in general and discussed options for making it more efficient. The next time we need work done, we will request them specifically. Definitely recommend

Bell mechanical came out to my home to assess my heat pump. Luis and Jenci could not have been more professional and helpful. They explained what they were doing, found the problem and suggested a few options to fix it. Both men were polite and helpful as well as knowledgeable. I waited two years to write this review to make sure my experience was fully considered across seasons and over time. When I decided to install a geothermal system, I knew it could be complicated, but working with Bell Mechanical made the whole process smooth and understandable. From the very beginning, Giovanni walked me through every option, explained rebates and financing, covered decommissioning, and clarified warranties in a way that made the whole thing manageable. Keith, the owner, was always available to answer questions and support the team, which made me confident that the installation would go well. The installation itself, carried out by Josh and Lester, included all-new ductwork, done so neatly and discreetly that my 1912 Victorian home was able to retain its original charm.

The cooling cool in my air handler had a number of pin hole leaks which eventually caused the heating to fail. A few months earlier it would have been the A/C. Artie and Lester started the job and had everything together, but there was an issue with getting the old refrigerant and contaminants out of the system. Kenny came in to bring an additional vacuum pump. This was the first time they had this much trouble with clearing the lines, but they stayed until the test equipment said the lines were clear. They worked well past quitting time to be able to be able to clean out the lines completely before recharging the system. Last month I had my main furnace serviced as usual. I have a contract with Bell mechanical to carry out this service. I was informed that my furnace has holes in the heat exchanger which is quite serious. Since the furnace was almost 16 years old and the central air conditioner was 19 years old I decided to replace both. I received the best price from them and they worked with me to ensure that I choose the best equipment for my needs. This included them sending me 6 estimates with varying equipment being chosen.
