Once he came out for a physical review, he had already reviewed information I sent him and had some really good ideas. Fast forward to installation day and the crew who arrived were SO amazing! Joe Benedetto and his team are aces! When an old LG split-duct heating/AC system gasped its last breath — in single-digit temps — Joe quickly sized up my needs and recommended a Mitsubishi replacement. While the price reflected the inflation we’ve felt over a decade since installing my last system, this one’s state-of-the-art and incredibly quick and efficient (two floor units in my office and adjacent storage room/studio and a big outside compressor). The installation crew were timely, friendly, attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and meticulous — to the point that my office space looked better afterwards than when they first showed up on the job. And Joe shadowed the whole installation to ensure perfection. Highly recommended on all measures!!

Cameron is a very professional technician. He always explains what needs to be done in a way that I can understand. He provides me with any information that I need in a timely manner. I am happy to have him doing the work on my heating and air-conditioning systems.

Very pleased with the service job Cameron and Ben completed today. Cameron kept me informed of exactly what was being done and made very helpful suggestions as to how to keep the units' filters cleaned for a longer life as well as suggestions for longer term maintenance for our consideration.
