This driver is irresponsible. This driver is irresponsible and has no respect for the lives of others. He is aggressive. When he was driving on South 95, I was driving in my lane, and since he didn't have enough space, he decided to force me off the road with his truck, which nearly caused me to crash into a wall. Be very careful with this driver he don’t respect

Steve has always been very personable and knowledgeable. He came out as an emergency within 20 minutes and got our furnace working when we ran out of oil in single digit temperatures outside! He then called the next day to make sure everything was OK. I like this company because they don’t make you sign a contract but they are there for you when you need them. They also have the best prices on oil.We have been using them for years. This is definitely a company that cares.

But today, I was pleasantly surprised to be assisted by a young lady named Leicha. She was incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. Her customer service was outstanding! I truly hope the company continues to hire people like her. She completely changed my experience excellent service.

Have an emergency it’s 10° outside. I call to try getting a technician out as I have two kids under five years old. My house is currently 45° and gives me a snobby attitude telling me they’re busy with actual emergencies been given them my service for the past five years we’ll be looking for a new place
