We had an issue with our septic system in Old Saybrook and called Finkeldey Septic at the recommendation of a plumber we had used. John did a fantastic job pumping & inspecting the system…..it hadn’t been cleaned that well since it was installed many years ago. He inspected the pipes & leaching fields with his camera system and assured us that the septic system was in good working order. Outstanding & fast, reliable service! If you aren’t using Finkeldey Septic, you aren’t using the BEST. HIGHLY recommended!

John was hired by a buyer I represented on a house in Madison that was for sale. John came to the house quickly and immediately assessed the situation and reported back to my buyer. A previous septic inspection by a local company revealed nothing wrong with the septic system but John through his due diligence was able to uncover several issues. Obviously this made the owner unhappy but it was a good thing he was there or my client would have had to fix the septic system after closing on the house. I highly recommend John and his company. You won't be disappointed.

We rented the bathroom trailer for our wedding and it was amazing! It had ample room for guests and was spotless. Brittany even brought over decorations and plants to stage the trailer nicely. Customer service was fantastic. Would recommend them for any event, we will be using them again!

Finkeldey Septic Services is an excellent company!!! Recently my daughter bought her first home and she hired Finkeldey Septic Services to do a proper and thorough inspection.Thank goodness she did. He discovered that there was a crushed pipe by using a camera system to inspect the system properly. He uncovered the damaged area without disturbing the walkway at all ss. The seller insisted on using her contractor to make the needed repair. This contractor previously stated on a report that they conducted that it was in good working condition. IT WAS NOT! The sellers contractor was responsible for destroying the walkway when he replaced the pipe. Finkeldey Septic saved my daughter a major repair and there is no other contractor in the business that knows the trade better than Jo

John did an excellent job cleaning our septic system. Extremely hard worker. He was also very helpful and had some great advice. I’m sure it is very difficult to do this type of work in the winter when it snows. It he did and for that we are grateful. My husband could only rave about John.
