Five plus! We had a major mouse infestation issue in a house that had been vacant for 10 months. ServiceMaster was out by the next morning; did a comprehensive walk-through; and began the remediation work the next day. They took care of everything--transparent pricing, friendly, and communicative. We hope not to have another disaster requiring their services but if we do, we know where to go!

Our experience on two separate occasions with Service Master was wonderful. The work involved cleaning roof dust in our attic following a re-roofing project, and a much needed power washing of our basement. The work was impeccably careful and thorough, Judy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the technical staff were the most thorough and professional we have ever worked with. We recommend them, in particular the Essex, Ct. team, wholeheatedly and without reservation.
