I called Wednesday morning just to set an appointment for the next week because I was going out of town that afternoon to get my tank pumped. After a little conversation, they were at my house within 20 minutes. I was able to get my septic tank pumped and leave for my work trip all within my timeframe and I didn't have to worry about it while I was gone. They were very friendly. Thomas did an excellent job and all around a great experience!

My sinks were gurgling when we ran the washing machine. The septic tank needed to be pumped and the sludge strainer cleaned. They showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. The technician was courteous and well trained. He discussed what he was doing, the cause of the problem, and how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Problem solved!

Super Company! I dealt with both Russ and Chris. We had a sewer backup on our church property. Very fast response and had the septic tank pumped out in no time. Unfortunately, due to the neglect on our part the leach field was compromised we had 2 lines with large roots and another line we believe had collapsed. In addition, our Septic Tank cover was broken, and the Distribution box was also deteriorated to the point of there being holes in the concrete. It is a very old house. Chris pointed all this out to me, Thanks Chris :) He also took time to walk me thru the steps I needed to do to get everything lined up for a follow-on repair. Thank You all!!!!!

Bennie Moore Septic Company did an excellent job putting in a new septic system because our system had failed after fifty years . After the tank and lines had been put in they used a power take and smoothed everything out. They kept me informed on everything they were doing which I appreciated very much. They do excellent work and I would give my highest recommendation to anyone who needs any septic work.

I called Bennie Moore after I came home one day and my bathtub had standing water in it. I pulled my septic tank lid and quickly found the problem. I called Mr. Moore and he had a driver at my house in 30 minutes. The driver did a very thorough job cleaning out my septic tank. It looks like it did 30 years ago when it was installed.
