2 stars for promptness. Day 1, Fan had stopped turning on heating unit. Called and tech promptly came out. Was told in advance service call would be $95 and was given hourly rate. He replaced a part, all good. Tech was very polite and professional. Day 2, fan quit again, called and same tech came out and brought another tech. Looked at unit said nothing wrong--funny how it did the same thing day before and needed a a part, but okay. The problem came in when I was told that second service call was $148 and not $95 because I had to pay for two techs?? I did not ask for two techs and was expecting at MOST $95 and given the fact they were there the day before for the same issue maybe less or no charge as a courtesy. You will suffer if you do business with these people. I’m about done with Roberson. They installed my HVAC when we built our house is 2007. Service was great for years. Bought new system from totem in 2023. In last eighteen months they do not answer the phone, are slow to return voicemail, and will not give you a window when the service tech will arrive. We waited all day for a tech. He called ONCE, got no answer and headed to another customer within 15 minutes.

Will not use again, barely 2 year old geothermal they installed brand new has been nothing but problems since installed. The 25 year old unit that was rusted out and falling through floor was more reliable than this Bosch piece of crap they sold me and obviously didn't know how to install correctly. They have been back multiple times only to find out they have never installed the particular system they sold me before and almost never see the same tech for service. Last time we had a issue they wanted me to call a plumber because I had a leak which I didn't have. I did the diagnostic myself and found a bad valve. 20k wasted at this point because I feel the only way I will get a working system is to call someone else and have another whole new system put in.

After coming home to no air on Sunday 7/20/25.My husband left a message, thinking it was the unit which was still under warranty, but to find out it was the duct work under the house, we were charged $120 just to come out to find the problem and estimate amount of $543.59 for supplies and labor, they NEVER use any of the flex duct, only use some kind of metal attachment, tape and screws!!! USE THE OLD DUCT FLEX THAT FELL..And told use we owe $53.00 more dollars because they stayed longer than expected..Also said the new flex!($107) was deducted from the $543.59, We can't understand how we owe them $53.00.We paid a total of $663.59 just to put the old duct back up.

Tech spent 10 minutes outside looking at my unit. Came in and told me I needed a new one. Then he sat and chatted with my neighbor and me for almost 3 hours. He charged me almost $300 for that "service call". I would Not recommend!
