Very good experience. They came out on the same day and were able to come even earlier than promised. Had a big crew to get my well back running quickly. Excellent service and very reasonably priced.

I hired this company to do some work for me a few months ago. Long story short, the owner is unprofessional and his rates are overpriced. It's a shame when someone take advantage of others that may not know any better. Fast forward four months later, I am still experiencing problems with my well/pump but I refuse to call him back for service. I will be hiring another company to do the job. It's money down the drain but I have learned my lesson. I was explaining what I experienced to two different local companies on two separate occasions. I did not say who I was talking about. Both parties knew instantly who I was referring to, they said to me, "I bet you it was Brown's Plumbing". It's sad when you don't have to call a company's name and others know who you are talking about. I will NOT

Was very rude on the phone, and said if I didn't have the money not to call. Will not call again

Very friendly unfortunately I felt he was dishonest with me ,stated my pressure tank was bad , I had a second opinion which turned out the pressure tank worked fine and didn't need to be replaced

Very helpful there are more benefits of dealing with Mr. Brown no matter the price, he had my water on in only 1 hour he's the best recommend to anyone
