Shout out to AJ and his apprentice from Bowen Heating & Air! My blower went out last Friday. I didn’t call until today (Monday) because, even though it was extremely uncomfortable this weekend due to heat and humidity, I didn’t consider it an emergency. We coped with fans throughout the house. I wasn’t expecting such a fast response because this time of year is super busy for them. AJ showed up with his partner, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it during their visit. The parts were under warranty and I just had to pay for labor. I highly recommend Bowen Heating & Air for their quality work and support.

We had air conditioning problems and called Bowen heating and air. They came the same day, fixed the problem and was really reasonably priced. The service tech fully explained the problem and was quick to get my A/C up and running again. I will definitely call them again if we have any more problems.

They delivered what they promised, kept their word. They went above and beyond what they told us they'd do today. Part of the ten-hour day they worked included a thorough clean-up job. We are very pleased with the value of the products we received, and with the courtesy and professionalism with which we were treated. The whole crew was very considerate and respectful. We can't thank them enough for a job well done!!!

Called to see about getting our AC fixed after paying over $300 for them to fix it not even a month ago. It hasn’t worked since they came last time, but when we called they said we owed $40 and they were not coming up here until we pay it. We, in turn said we wouldn’t pay it until they came and fixed it being they didn’t fix it last time they came. Then the lady on the phone flat out hung up on us and refuses to answer the phone for us now. Terrible customer service. Do not go to this company.

AJ my technician was the best! He explained everything that was causing my unit to freeze up. I called that morning and he was to my house by lunch. Professional and fast service!
