Excellent customer service. Responsive to voicemail. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule. Our connection to Graham and Bentz Electric was based on a strong recommendation from a friend in Grafton. Bentz has our business, going forward.

A great company if you have electrical needs. Graham who owns the business stayed in touch before our scheduled day and even followed up the night before to confirm work to be done and was very nice to work with on an estimate and scheduling. The gentlemen doing the work, Andy and Johnny, were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. We had a bunch of small jobs and a somewhat complex need for a recessed electrical box that Andy figured out a solution for safely! The work done was quality work at a fair price; we would recommend Bentz Electric for anyone needing electrical needs. Thank you Graham, Andy and Johnny!

Excellent service, fair pricing, highly recommended. I had them fix my breaker box and CSST grounding, but they said they'll do anything from as small as replacing lightbulbs to major electric work. Will for sure be calling again when needed. Edit, called them again for more work! They helped troubleshoot a problem I was having. Turns out a GFCI went bad and they replaced it easy peasy. Also had them install a ceiling fan in a room that didn't have wiring for it. Very quick and quality at a fair price. My review still stands.
