This week she called Randy to get an estimate as her furnace was tagged out of commission during a tuneup by Mr. Hollands for a cracked heat exchanger. Bloch installed a Bryant 2 stage furnace and replaced her filter assembly to accommodate a larger filter. Our 25 y/o furnace was out this morning. Called Bloch & Wendy offered some trouble-shooting. When that didn't work, said someone would be out in the afternoon. John arrived & after a thorough check of the furnace, found the problem. Easy fix & extremely fair priced.
