For us, the best thing about the service is that the crew of 2(3) is in-and-out in no more than an hour. Our home is small, we are elderly, and my husband and I are always home and prefer not to share our space for more than an hour, if possible. Sometimes I notice there are areas that could have received more attention, but, when that happens, I keep a list and then plan to point that out at the next visit. So far, after only three visits, I am happy with The Cleaning Authority.

Team of two friendly energetic ladies, 2nd time here, did a better job than last time. They are open to hearing comments and complaints and will to go back and redo spots I wasn’t happy with. Very pleasant but perhaps lacking much cleaning experience, they don’t do a superb job but adequate.

Very detailed oriented! Took their time and recessed after they were done! Noticed a major difference, looking forward to continuing business! I'm really satisfied!

Our team was friendly and did a great job! Very satisfied with the results. Price was higher for the first two more thorough cleanings which I think is reasonable. Will be lower afterwards.👍
