Kettle Moraine Appliance and Sleep Center

Ben was extremely helpful and great to work with. We needed to replace our refrigerator and chose to go with a locally owned company and had a great experience. We liked the fact that they employ their own delivery and service staff.

In October our dryer died. We went to KMA to get a new one. We chose a maytag. It worked for a few days then wouldn't dry the clothes or even get warm. After a repair person couldn't fix it, KMA replaced it with the same model. (per our request) That one again stopped working after a couple loads. I imagine they were sick of hearing from us but remained polite and professional. They worked with us immediately to get a different brand we picked out (GE). We definitely have enjoyed our GE dryer since then. Because of their willingness to correct the issue I highly recommend them. Thank you Kettle Moraine appliance! You definitely went above & beyond with your support and patience!

Mr Garcia was very professional and attentive to our needs. He showed us several refrigerators that would meet our wants and needs. Ben was very friendly and helpful to us in choosing our refrigerator. He measured the refrigerator and we were able to go home and measure our space correctly so the unit will fit. We would go back if another need for an appliance arises.

We worked with Ken, who was very helpful. Explained some of the things we were looking for in a dishwasher. Was very helpful in showing us the difference between the all the brands and helped actually show us why some of the research that we had done wasn’t necessarily correct. We will definitely be returning here for any large appliance purchase, knowing that their sales people want to listen and help, not just push the most expensive model.
