Man I really wanted to give this company a 5 star review, but I just can’t. Majority of the employees were really nice and thorough and did an excellent job, but there’s one or two who showed poor professionalism. I’m not pointing fingers or saying for certain but I moved from Ohio to Okinawa and I just got my stuff. Literally the only thing missing from my shipment are my two cowboy hats. I remember exactly what they should have been packed with and the rest of the stuff in that pile showed up. All of the boxes were accounted for during offloading as well so I know a box isn’t missing. It was also the same employee who packed my underwater camera setup which also showed up broken and needing replaced.

For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone... far FAR above our expectations!

This moving company exceeded our expectations! Professional staff from start to finish. Movers were on time, respectful and worked very hard. They moved and protected each item as if it were "Grandma's china". I highly recommend !
