1 star is too generous. I’ve been a loyal customer since I purchased my home in Bristol. Ordered oil at the beginning of the month and they failed to tell me they’re running almost 2 weeks out. Upon calling them to ask what was happening they told me they can’t help me for another 3 days and the emergency services they advertised had “all of the time slots booked for other orders”. Whichever woman I spoke to on the phone was insanely rude and acted as though I was supposed to know all of this information. I actually had to stop the person I was speaking to and ask why she was speaking to me as if I’m inferior. It would have been nicer if she just told me to kick rocks. Anyways, called Cousin’s and told them about my situation, oil was delivered within 30 minutes of calling them. Berk

Great customer service! Driver's very friendly and office staff the best

I've called several oil companies recently, during those really cold days. All of them had a wait time of several days. We chose Berkshire because of the price and service. I can't imagine how the oil truck drivers came out in the freezing bitter cold weather just so all of us could be warm! We should all be grateful.

I didn’t realize SO many people have dealt with the “no shows” of oil delivery with this company, until I have read the previous reviews! This tells me that I am not overreacting and it’s a common theme with them…and the second time I have dealt with the horrible response times and no shows. The first time they pulled a no-show I ended up running out of oil because of them! So I ordered oil on a Thursday and needed a restart (due to my own negligence)…never received a call the following day, so I decided to call the office, she told me they will not be able to deliver my oil until Tuesday of the following week…because “they won’t be out this way” until then.
