Terrible experience with a defective Corsair RM850x PSU – zero help from store management. Purchased a Corsair RM850x power supply in-store. It failed shortly after installation. Assuming it was a rare fluke, I exchanged it for a new one. Just 17 days later, the replacement failed in the exact same way. When I returned to the store for help, the General Manager (who was already at the register) flatly told me "there's nothing he could do" and refused any further exchange or refund. This was well outside the standard return window, but for two consecutive defective units, I expected some flexibility or assistance – especially since Corsair products typically have strong manufacturer warranties that retailers often help facilitate. The great Best Buy, has fallen. The once king of electronics stores is really no more and now irrelevant. The last two or three times I've gone into Best Buy, I was not able to pick up what I needed. They have really started to cater only to certain areas and anything else outside of those silos is ignored. It's no wonder that the big box stores cannot compete with the online Amazons of the world. All I was looking for is additional RAM for my son's gaming laptop which back in the day would have been a very easy item to find in this store. Nowadays, after asking a store associate, they had no options available for me. Nothing even close. So sad. I left the store, went back to my car and hopped on Amazon where I was able to get 8MB of RAM shipped to my door overnight... the price was very

People may say what they want about “the store” , not here for that. Here because Dylan, hope I’m spelling her name right, is a true 1 in a million!!!! If not more!! How corporate hasn’t seen her skills and promoted her to the tippy top is beyond me. I came here a little over a year ago and she helped me solve a very difficult problem with so much ease, grace and kindness. I just came back today for the first time since the last time I saw her and she was still there, with the same brilliant customer service. I wish I could steal her away from this place and have her work for my company. Only left five stars cause it wouldn’t let me leave 10. I really hope this company knows what they have in this employee. Thank you, Dylan. You are phenomenal at what you do.🙏🙏

i brought office home for microsoft and i can’t return it while best buy employees tell me i can return this if not successfully, this definitely suck and can’t get money for that. so high recommend to not go there in san marcos tx. they wont help or return

I went in and all I needed was to buy a mouse. I am not an expert in looking for things so I wandered aimlessly for about 15 minutes before I finally found what I needed. No one came up to me to ask if I needed help, and I couldn’t even find anyone to ask. They had a small selection and they had what I wanted but in the wrong color. I went to go check out and I told him I wanted this mouse but in black. He said he’d be right back with the right one, and he came back, scanned it and threw it in the bag. Fortunately I didn’t open it for 3 more days (sarcastic by the way) as when I went to use it I noticed that it was in fact not the mouse I wanted. No one in this Best Buy was helpful or knowledgable it seemed. I appreciate the guy going back to grab what I had asked for, but him grabbing the
