The team at Best Option were fantastic! They identified the ceiling leak that caused the water damage in my Minneapolis condo and mitigated the damage professionally and efficiently. They are also a full service shop! They did an excellent job rebuilding and putting in new floors that we love. I will be giving these guys a call if I need their water damage services again!

Best Option Restoration came out to our home to inspect for mold after some water leaked into the floor in the bathroom and dripped out of a light fixture in the floor below. We smelled a musty odor and were concerned about possible mold in between the floors and also had them take a look at a couple of other areas in our home. They were professional and honest in their assessment, patiently explaining their opinion clearly without suggesting needless repairs or engaging in fear mongering. They performed an air quality test at a fair price to give us additional peace of mind. I would highly recommend having Best Option Restoration do a mold inspection if you have any mold concerns, and feel confident that they will recommend an appropriate remedy.

We had a water leak come through our ceiling in our main dining room and best option restoration was there to save the day! Gio and his crew quickly, professionally, and cleanly got all of the wet insulation, Sheetrock out of our sub floor and also helped gut and redo two bathrooms! Their communication was spectacular, their promptness working with insurance was educational and their overall desire to help our family return to normal life was very much appreciated! Buyer beware! Do not sign anything before reading a paper copy. Do not believe 'this will cost you nothing - your insurance will pay for everything.' Once you sign an agreement you are liable for any costs beyond what your insurance company considers reasonable. Best option billed us $30,000 beyond what our very good insurance company deemed reasonable. The state will not help - 'get a lawyer' was the response. Fortunately our very good company Western National supported us in court successfully. These restoration companies apparently can charge anything they think they can get away with - there is no confirmed estimate before work begins. It is a very sketchy procedure. Check with your insurance carrier for suggestions before taking any action.
