Great experience. Had a new properly sized Condensor and furnace put in and it’s been working great. Ken did a fantastic job. He’s been willing to take my calls with concerns, stop by to look at things if I’m overly concerned and the work has been top notch and affordable. Couldn’t recommend more.

Best Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a home saver! At below freezing temperatures, one of the pipes in my home unexpectedly froze and burst. After the water was isolated, water kept pouring from the upstairs downward into the lower levels. I frantically called multiple 24/7 services for assistance who either did not answer or have anyone to help me fix a dire crisis. My 5th call, I called Best who was patient, kind, and sent a tech right away who was equally the same. The team took time out to make sure I was in a secure and safe place and guaranteed their work ensuring the boiler was working! If ever needed again, I'll be calling Best!!! Reliable, dependable, professional customer service. Kudos to the Best Team for saving my home!!!

If I could give 10 stars for this review I would!! Ken and his crew gave me amazing service at a price better than the competition and had my furnace replaced super fast. I will be using and recommending them for any HVAC work needed in the future.

I gave Best Plumbing a call for a second opinion on a gas leak on my water heater. Another company quoted me double the cost of repair that Best Plumbing quoted me. They also waived the service fee to come out and take a look, and gave me so much information to be able to make the most educated decision for myself. They actually were able to determine that no repairs were needed instead of trying to convince me to buy a brand new water tank like the other company. Kent is incredible and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Woke up to an issue with my furnace, called a couple of local companies, and by far KJ was the most informative, friendly, and professional person I spoke to this morning. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was able to ensure I was accurately trouble-shooting, and wasn't going to give me the run around. KJ is a consummate professional through and through.
