Crown Wood Floor & Supplies

I am a repeat customer of this business because I feel like they are more helpful than most when it comes to product knowledge and they are extremely fair on pricing. The quality of their products are very good and they always have what I need in stock and ready to go. Great company to do business with.

The solid wood flooring is very beautiful, But the company will not send a refund for my return of unopened, undamaged cartons. We purchased 37 cartons, 100 sq ft each, plus supplies. There were 5 unopened cartons of flooring at the end of the job. The owner, Hershy Fligman, told me there would be a refund, with a 10% restocking fee. I returned the unopened cartons to the Crown Flooring showroom/warehouse, received a credit memo and was told I’d receive a check for the refund in a few days. No check has arrived. I have emailed the company twice, and called the owner’s personal cell phone twice. Both times he told me he “put the check in the mail yesterday.” Unfortunately, I will need to take this to Small Claims Court.

We had a major problem with our flooring Which was provided by Crown. Hershy personally visited the site and made everything right. Contacted the supplier and Replaced the defective product. Very grateful and will use again. Mike G. Stillwater NY

They have everything I need, as a contractor specializing in wood floor. If they don't have it, they get it in a very timely manner, with great pricing and service. Very respectful and courteous.
