I had an issue with my HVAC unit in commercial space not turning on as well as an inbalance of heat in a duplex unit upstairs. I called Neps to request service and was informed by Rob the building was on a blacklist due to previous owner. Rob spoke to his supervisor and was able to come out and access the situation the next afternoon. He detected a faulty sensor and corrected a bypassed high limit switch on HVAC unit had it up and running in 25 minutes. This was a hazard/violation and could have caused a fire. He also addressed the heat issue in unit upstairs. Previous plumber came and got heat on and left. I called Rob at NEPS to try and free up a frozen main water line on the coldest day of the winter around 3pm. After I spent hours on the phone with 2 other plumbers throughout the morning and afternoon to schedule, identify and try to resolve the frozen pipe issue, no one was able to fix it, I was starting to lose hope. Rob arrived at 6pm and began a thorough process of investigating, heating, thawing and testing for 3 straight hours. He was the only person who refused to quit until he found and resolved the issue. Rob showed up when he said he would and went and got all of the parts needed to complete our plumbing installation. He was back the next day and was very efficient and tidy when working in our home.even cut out n drained old oil tank with removal. Price was excellent. I Highly recommend Neps for all your work.

This company was great! I called in the morning with a water heater problem. a few hours later they were texting me they were on their way but I was at a doctors appointment at that exact time. They told me no problem they would come back later.later on that evening Rob came by and told me they were doing plumbing down the street and that was likely the problem. He got my water heater and running again and told me there was no charge because he just had to turn the pilot light back on. I was so appreciative of the whole experience. They will be the first ones I call next time I need any services!
