Jeff is fantastic to work with. He was able to come to our home within a few days of being contacted, and we didn't even have an urgent situation, just a few switches that needed to be replaced/rerouted. He was on time and completed the work with no issues. He's a very pleasant person to deal with and his prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

We purchased a house in the Albany area last fall and now several months later discovered several electrcial issues that needed repair. I called Jeff and he said he would try to get out to use in the next day or so. Low and behold less that 24 hours later he was on his way to help. We had several outside outlights that were not working. The issue was finding how the previous owner had wired everything. Jeff did a great job figuring out what was causing the issue and corrected the wiring and replaced several GFCI's that had failed. He also rewired some of our basement outlets that had been connected to an upstairs floor outlet and was put on switch upstairs by the previous owner. Jeff was punctual, friendly and professional. I'd recommend Jeff on any future electrical issue. We recently moved from DC where everyone is close in distance and there are more contractors, so I've had bad experiences finding good help here due to distance needed to be driven or arriving well after agreed upon time. Jeff arrived on time from a distance away and was open to coming back for a follow-on job that required a taller ladder for a fair price.

Jeff fixed a tricky and involved electrical issue at our home. He was absolutely fantastic to work with! He helped us communicate with our utility company to diagnose the issue, coordinated necessary inspections, did quality work quickly and for a great price. I originally gave 5 stars but had to have them out 2 more times to fix faulty switches they installed and had to pay my home warranty service fee of $125 each time for them to fix their own error. I was told by Jeff that if I have another problem with his work, call him directly and he’ll take care of it. A couple months later, the “new” switch installed by them arched, popped and the light attached stopped working. I got no call back him. Another electrician showed me that the connection between the wire in the wall and the switch was not connected properly (Jeff’s work), causing the arch/burning. The arch has burned the wire in the wall too far for a new switch to be installed. Now i need to spend $500 to replace the wire in the wall to make my light work. I guess i should be thankful my
