Bethesda Crossing Garage (Atlantic Parking)

I parked in the garage (Montgomery Tower) and when I went to get my car at 9pm., the gate was down. I parked in the lot to the left of the entrance. Signage was not visible, after the fact, I saw a sign that said the garage closes at 8. I later inspected the signage which says parking in the north entrance closes at 8pm. I called the number and had to be charged $50 and then told it would be 40 minutes before someone can let me out. The fee is excessive. 1. After hours parking in that section was not clearly visible. There was no signage that says “north entrance”.

It's a parking garage, not much to say really. It was a bit confusing to find my way around the first time but I guess that's par for the course. One annoying thing that isn't necessarily their fault is that the location on Google Maps is wrong. The entrance is on Waverly Street, not Elm street as is shown by Google. If you navigate here you'll be led to a different garage on the other side of the Bethesda Crossing buildings.

This is not an automated garage, rather there will be an attendee that will charge you a flat rate of $10 per day. Not great if you want a place to park for a quick errand. It also is closed on weekends. Unless you’re planning on staying all day, find somewhere else to park.

Do not park here. IMPark has charged me for monthly parking months after I cancelled my contract with them. A fraudulent company.
