Bi-Lo Supply Co

We just finished a new addition to our home. We purchased a toilet from Bi Lo Supply in State College back in June. The plumber came today to install it. It took us a while to get a plumber to come. He installed it, filled it with water, and it leaked all over the floor. It had a crack in the bottom of the bowl which could only be seen if you took it outside and turned it upside down. Called Bi Lo. They were super!! They had 9 on stock which had been reserved for another job. The man I spoke to said he would give me one. He apologized for the inconvenience it had caused. I said I would come and pick it up and bring the old one. I said I would bring the receipt. He said not to worry about the receipt and asked where I lived. He said all his drivers were out but that he would ch

I went here not as a plumber but simply a homeowner in search of something lowes didn’t have. The guy working the desk was very helpful and got me out of there with exactly what I needed very quickly

These folks know their stuff and have really helped me with my basement remodel. Tell them what you're doing and they'll get what you need. Much better shopping experience than trying to hunt stuff down in HD or Lowes. Competitive prices too.

We got all our house plumbing here and I've personally had reason to go into the store. They're always so nice and helpful! I'm always bringing at least one toddler with me (it was 3 today), and they're even nice to the kids! Very professional, have great selection, great staff.

I'm a DIY homeowner. Bi-lo is a great local shop that gives "contractor prices" to anyone who comes in. Great way to save money on your project at home. They even have a list of plumbers/contractors (on "the wall") if you want someone else to do the work for you. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely better than anything you'll find at the big box stores. Higher quality products, too!
