Bryan and employees did an awesome job after a kitchen floor had water damage. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would do that the other work could be done to restore the kitchen. I would highly recommend them and will use them whe it’s time to replace other flooring!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bickmore Carpets! We had to have new flooring installed throughout our entire house, and Bart was so helpful & knowledgeable about all of the products we are using. He stayed in communication with me the entire time. And the installers (Jason & Chester in particular) we’re wonderful! So professional & absolutely great at what they do! Being that we have a house from the 90’s, we ran into a different problem almost every day, and the installers were so great at helping me find a solution. They both did the install like it was their own house. I would recommend Bickmore Carpets to anyone!

Wow! I won't buy carpet anywhere else! Great service every step of the way. Bart was so helpful when we came to pick out carpet. He listened closely to our needs and helped us find a great carpet. Installation crew was so friendly! They let my son watch, answered questions, and did a great job. Very respectful. When I did have a concern about the finished carpet, someone was sent back out. He was able to trim the seam and it looks amazing.

Bart did an awesome job of taking care of us. I walked in one evening. He came over the next day to take some measurements and gave me a bid right there on the spot. It was better than a National Brand. He had it installed just a few weeks later. This was during the holidays. Great customer service. Great Products. We love our new floors.

We worked with Bart and he was very personable and professional. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing carpeting for our family room… The subsequent delivery and installation was timely and well done. I would highly recommend them.
