Fantastic experience from beginning consultation to final walkthrough. Quick background: my roof, garage door, gutters, backyard shed, and patio pergola were all destroyed due to the May 28th micro-burst that pummeled East Austin. Austin Farr was incredible in dealing with insurance. He not only checked in daily with my insurance claims adjuster, he also clearly identified every item that was damaged prior to insurance visiting my house. Austin assisted me in itemizing every single item that was damaged and ensured each item was accounted for in the insurance settlement. Austin also filed the paper work to get a supplemental payment approved that guaranteed the final settlement covered the cost to repair and replace everything that was damaged. Austin Farr and Big Boy Roofing helped me a hail damage claim. His crew put on a new roof and did the carport in three days. The appearance of my house was much improved as a result. Big Boy Roofing replaced my severely damaged roof (hail). I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from them. Mr. Austin Farr was instrumental in assisting me with the insurance inspection/paperwork process. He kept me informed throughout every phase of my roof replacement. The job consisted of cleaning and reinstalling 36 solar panels, replacing the roof and rain gutters, replacing and painting the garage door, replacing 10 screens, replace and paint trim and remove trash.
