The floors throughout my entire home needed to be sanded down and then restained/sealed due to being poorly taken care of by previous owners. It was a dirty job but BRC site manager was very respectful and made it as painless as possible. He also worked w me to settle upon the exact right stain color. The floors turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with them.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job! Our new garage floor looks amazing!

Fantastic company. Great communication and they go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. I had my 100 year old porch concrete stained. Porch paint would never adhere. I wish that I had done this years ago.

Over the years, we’ve added to our concrete sidewalks and patio and pool deck, sometimes with decorative features, and we’ve worked with several different vendors. Big Red has been the best, on balance, by far. Some were cheaper, but no one has come close to the quality of work and partnering that Beth and Kevin, the owners, exhibited. We were given extensive options with pros, cons and costs. When we finally settled on an approach, and had a couple of mid-project changes, they were responsive and made very fair price adjustments (sometimes up, sometimes down, but always fair). And the finished project? Couldn’t be happier.

We have a cabin and barn in the woods of Missouri. We had Big Red do an epoxy chip seal in a room in the barn that my wife tells me I will be spending most of my time. I made a mistake in telling Big Red the concrete was not sealed- It was. This required them to return for a second day with driving distance of more than 100 miles one way. The floor came out great and I offered to pay them for a second day. Big Red refuse to up the charges for my mistake. I watched the entire process and was quite interesting. Doug
