KM Servicing 'Flooring Redefined'

Had our kitchen white oak hardwood floor refinished, it was sealed w polyurethane and was 23yrs old and had yellowed a bit and was very glossy w a tint of orange to it. We went with a Natural color which was much lighter and a Loba Easy Finish Satin which is a lower almost no gloss look, it turned out very nicely. We had a small issue w some embedded specs that Keith addressed immediately and we are very happy with the finished look. He texted/emailed frequently and line of communication was always open and answered questions promptly. We recommend his services and his suggestions were invaluable, thanks again. We hired K+M (Keith) to do all of our hardwood floors and he was incredible! He and his crew couldn't have done a better job. They show up on time, don't go off on another job until they're thru, are nice & professional and above all really know what they're doing. The floors turned out beautifully (actually better than we expected). Of all the trades we've used (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.), Keith was the best we've ever had!

K+M is awesome & does an amazing job! We worked with Keith after having some water damage to our floors recently due to a dishwasher breakdown. Keith came out showed us samples then had his guys come out and rip up our old tile. After our new cabinets were installed they came back and put in the new flooring. It looks so much better than what we had before. We are so happy with the results!!

Keith has completed two flooring projects for us and we couldn’t be happier! We replaced carpet with hardwoods on a level of our home then unexpectedly had to get the first floor refinished after a dishwasher disaster. He and his crew are professional, prompt, and do truly beautiful work. I’ll be finding more flooring projects for him in the future!
