I've been dealing with ready mix plants for the past 30 years this is by far the best company I've dealt with lately the truck driver went above and beyond to help me pour out the concrete he got out of his truck and even got in the mud and help me drag he helped me clean up the splatter on the building he went above and beyond my truck driver's name was John he has been driving for them for the past 4 years this is by far the best quality of service I've received from a ready mix company so far if I can give them 10 stores I would the dispatch lady went above and beyond and got my concrete ordered on time and immediately great customer service thank you Northland ready mix I will definitely be using you guys again Michael Thompson Magic Mike's home renovation LLC

Having run small businesses before I understand the value of a five star rating. This review may seem like criticism, but it was this company‘s response to a complaint. I had that warranted a five star review. This morning, while traveling home from work, I witnessed a driver in a Northland Readymix concrete truck perform a dangerous act. I was on the phone with my girlfriend and had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. We both see trauma on a regular basis as a firefighter and an ER nurse. I was so frustrated. I told her I was gonna call the company. This is where this company earned my trust back and five stars: I called the number on the truck and a gentleman named David answered. I was frustrated and he listened to what I had to say and did not make any excuses. He agreed tha

These guys are a menace to the community. Half the time they just pull into traffic and you almost T-bone a Concrete Mixer. I have to give them 1 star this time because they tried to stop traffic. Except the dude steps out in front of my Van when I'm going 40 miles an hour and flips out when I don't stop on a dime. Your the one put your concrete shop on a curve that's hard to see . I wasn't ever going to run you over homie. You were wearing an neon orange shirt. But this job ain't ruining both our lives. Don't jump in front of cars and start yelling like a fool. Please!

These guys did such an amazing job and both drivers went above and beyond to make sure the concrete was delivered in a narrow driveway. They were pleasant and friendly - it is truly family-owned and you can tell they care. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to all my friends. I tried to use Geiger but they would not even commit to a date and Fordyce wont take anyone without an account. The owner and lady in the office Brooke(sp) were so accommodating as we had delays due to rain. Thanks and good job!

We needed 8 yards on a Saturday. Another company was to deliver but called Friday morning to says they could not fill our order! Called Nothland and they could not fill order due to having all their trucks committed for the day! BUT they gave me a couple names (independent guys) to call that they thought could help me out! They did not have to do that! I so much appreciated what they did to help me! Those leaving bad reviews I believe are those that are just those that would be mad if you gave them free product!! Just my thought!!! Do not hesitate to call Northland, you will be glad you did! I’m not a contractor just a DIY kind of guy!
