I can't say enough about Terri and her guys, Eric and Alex. We had a 1-year walk through with our builder and found 2 spots out of the entire house. That's pretty awesome if you ask me. We scheduled to have Eric come out. He was excellent. He worked efficiently, quickly, and asked for feedback before leaving. We had to split the repair up into two visits due to need scaffolding and a second guy, Alex, who turned out to be awesome as well. Terri alerted me to a change in their scheduling right away! The guys, once available, took two days (short windows of time for application and drying time), and their finished work was awesome! Again, Terri was very supportive in accommodating my requests for repair, thorough in conveying the scope of the project, and Eric and Alex were completely profes

We are using high definition for our new construction. James and Terri have been so easy to communicate with and get ahold of. They started the date I requested and are finishing up ahead of schedule! James has been to the house multiple times and is always a pleasure to talk to. He's given me so much advice on the home building process, things to keep in mind, and do's and don't. All the crews have all been friendly and respectful of our home.

Our builder used them to repair some cracks during our 1 year walk through. It was a terrible experience. They no showed us 4 different days, my wife had canceled her day each time. I took off work to meet James at my house to get it cleared up and he forgot about the appointment. There is drywall mud all over the walls, lights, garage doors, trim, fan and floor. We asked for them to clean it up but they would say they would then next thing we know they have left and didn't say anything. James kept making excuses about everything. It is terrible work and we are having to get everything re-done. They will not come back or call me back. I have left messages for James. Supposedly there excuse is because we got upset with them no showing us and weren’t happy with the poor quality of

We had HD sheetrock our whole house and ceilings plus texture our ceilings. Great quality work. Everyone was very professional and on time. Would recommend 10/10. Will definitely use them in the future! Thank You, High Definition Drywall!

If you’re assigned James, run. When getting an estimate, we were promised it’d be a 10-14 day job. It ended up taking literally 3 months. James was completely unavailable all the time. We cleaned every wall of the massive mess that was made, primed and then the entire ceiling had to be totally redone. The entire process was such a headache and the end product isn’t even that great. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, and hire someone else. But if you do find yourself stuck with them (bc they require full payment upfront- so seriously- just run), ask for Terri. She’s awesome and the only way you’ll get anything close to professional from this company. I clearly understand now why they require 100% upfront- they wouldn’t ever get fully paid if they didn’t bc their work is awful. James tried
